Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM Anaheim, CA (1:00 AM to 9:00 AM Manila time)
  • Includes 30 minutes paid break

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to existing dealership customers to update crucial information in the company’s system
  • Introduce and explain new, efficient ordering solutions to streamline customer processes
  • Maintain and enhance the accuracy of the customer database through regular updates
  • Educate new dealership employees about the company’s diverse product line and ordering systems
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities during customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine customer engagement strategies and improve overall satisfaction

Requirements
  • Must have cold calling experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven experience in telesales, customer support, or related roles
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data entry
  • Basic understanding of the automotive industry and aftermarket products (preferred)
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Adaptability to learn new technologies and ordering systems quickly
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships
