How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The trainee will join the corporate Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management team from the Safety and Industrial System (SIS) Department in charge of:
Supporting the effective management of safety in our operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of our safety and environmental performance.
The team is leading the “Constellation” (Group HSE) community, provides standards, guidelines, training, generic tools and methods, advice and support to affiliates, and facilitates the sharing of lessons learned.
Deploying an ambitious project called “Safety management - Group solution”. This Group platform, powered by Intelex, will provide a set of modules to manage safety more effectively and in compliance with IMS (Industrial Management System).
The trainee will be in charge of :
Supporting the owner of the Group’s new repository called “Site & Facility” (which describes, using a simple model, the entire Air Liquide operations worldwide) to manage updates, facilitate interactions with other corporate projects using this repository and to continuously improve the data quality ensuring the highest value for the Group.
Supporting the owner of the Group Water reporting to check and analyze the data collected for the quarter 2 of 2025 in order to consolidate the final figures.
Reinforcing the "Safety Management - Group Solution" project team, which is in charge of providing IT tools (compliant with IMS - Industrial Management System) to operational teams by deploying several safety modules (Event reporting, Management of Change, HSE tasks) from the Group Intelex Platform.
You will work on :
Enhancing existing safety reports and dashboards, using Microsoft's Power BI software
Performing ad-hoc analysis of safety data to support HSE programs
Supporting the deployment of several safety modules (Event reporting, Management of Change, HSE tasks) by supporting local administrators and users.
Are you a MATCH?
Bac+3 to Bac+5 from studies with an industrial background and an strong interest in data management
Languages: French and English/ minimum skills: written, reading and spoken to ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and ability to prioritize
- Good verbal & written communication and ability to create trusty relations with the project stakeholders
- Open and curious to quickly understand the Group organization
