This is a virtual/remote position considering candidates who reside within the United States, ideally located in the Eastern or Central time zones.

What you will do

As a member of the L&D Team, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of training plans for ERP (primarily Oracle Fusion) projects.

How you will do it

  • In partnership with OCM and deployment teams, create a training plan that aligns with the training strategy and objectives, while aligning to the learning needs of the deployment.

  • Build relationships with business partners, project team members, and site personnel to understand scope of each deployment wave, specific work scenarios, and training requirements.

  • Work with BPOs, Super Users, IT Functional Leads, and other assigned resources to gather process knowledge which will be used to prepare training materials and deliver training.

  • Create ERP training content as required to achieve adoption

  • Manage all aspects of super user/key user, end user, training:

    • Develop training plan based on training needs analysis

    • Build training schedules – work with deployment sites to understand site needs and constraints

    • Oversee training site logistics - work with onsite coordinators and IT staff for room reservations/configuration and desktop/network setup

    • Coordinate training material preparation and availability as needed

    • Create/communicate training metrics

    • Coordinate setup/maintenance of training assets in LMS

  • Communications

    • Develop and deliver training related communications to training participants (i.e., schedule notifications, course changes)

    • Develop and deliver status, KPIs, and other report outs for leadership

  • Provide content regarding training deployment for distribution on various channels (e.g., content for site tvs/monitors, communication messages, newsletter content).

  • Coordinate and deliver Train-the-Train scheduling and toolkit

  • Deliver ILT and vILT training and presentations as required

  • Use instructional design methods, including conceptual knowledge and application of adult learning theory in creation of training plan and creation/update of training materials

  • Champion new training development and deployment initiatives.

  • Stay abreast of learning trends, tools and technology, and platform functionality, utilizing skill sets to ensure key user and end user adoption

What we look for

Required

  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering Oracle Fusion training for large, global deployments.

  • Strong technical/professional expertise in learning and development.

  • Ability to speak effectively with all levels of an organization.

  • Experience with adult learning methodology

  • Familiarity with SCORM eLearning standards

  • LMS administrator experience.

  • Ability to build collaborative, productive relationships across functions and geographies

  • Experience using training development software (Captivate, Rise 360, WhatFix)
