We have an exciting opportunity for an Agile Scrum Master Manager! This role has two key responsibilities: leading our team of Agile Scrum Masters and serving as the Scrum Master for one of our agile development teams. In this role, you will ensure development commitments are met, and obstacles are removed. You will collaborate with an agile team to identify business and product requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases. Additionally, as the manager of other Scrum Masters, you will coach and develop your team, enhancing our overall agile practices. This role is a remote role.

The salary target for this role is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 depending on experience. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus.

When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions

  • Leadership of the Scrum Master team: Provide your team with the opportunities, coaching, and resources needed

  • Scrum Master: Lead and support proactive adoption of agile process

  • Organization and Tracking: Utilize skills to manage product status and priorities

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Build expertise working with one of various product teams

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business; finance, economics, technology or related

  • 2+ years in Financial Services or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years BA, Development, or other related technology experience preferred

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

  • Experience with Agile development

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira
