Here’s where you come in:

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist II to join our growing team. You’ll be primarily responsible for auditing; overseeing third party support services; data analysis; and, maintaining the Quality Assurance SharePoint content. Duties include:

  • Completing internal audits, reviewing work and timelines, assisting with accountability of broker standards and workflows. 
  • Partnering with leadership in the implementation of projects, procedures, and directives.
  • Providing regular feedback regarding service issues, training, or areas of needed improvement
  • Developing and analysis of reports to identify skill gaps,
  • Ensuring quality control of procedures, workflows and communication to clients.

You’re great at:

Ideally, you have over three years of experience in insurance, or analysis / quality assurance experience in a related industry. You’ll be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications.   Strong organizational skills required, with ability to multi-task and prioritize. You should also have at least 3 years insurance account management experience and if you have worked with an agency management system, especially Applied EPIC, that is a plus. Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams and SharePoint are required for this role.

The expected salary range for this position is $30.00 to $33.00 per hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
