As the Diabetes Territory Business Manager for NSW Sydney South-West, you will be responsible for promoting our Diabetes Division products to healthcare collaborators in both public and private sectors. Collaborate with a team that values excellence and innovation, as we strive for unmatched success and a positive impact on the lives of those with diabetes.

Where you come in:
  • You will promote our Diabetes Division product range to collaborators in both public and private healthcare sectors.
  • You are responsible for selling products through direct consumer engagement and promoting to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) at all levels.
  • You provide technical education, training, and support on territory for Healthcare Professionals and Consumers.
  • You offer support and training at identified target centers, including Public Hospital Diabetes Education Units, Endocrinologists, Paediatricians, Physicians, General Practitioners, Private Diabetes Nurse Educators, Community Health Centres, and Allied Healthcare Workers.
  • You enhance business performance in your territory by strategically planning and completing sales activities to achieve growth targets.
  • You monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing timely and clear communication to the State Sales Manager.
  • You build and maintain contact with Key Opinion Leaders in the diabetes market to expand our customer base.
  • You attend meetings, trade displays, and conferences to represent Dexcom and our innovative products.
  • You efficiently run your territory with respect to efficient travel, time, and business-related expenditure.
  • You deliver and maintain outstanding customer support to all customers.
