Exciting Opportunity for Operations Administrators in Wivenhoe, Burnie!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform northbound consignment data entry.
  • Manage the filing and imaging of Proof of Delivery & Finance documents.
  • Maintain mainland linehaul subcontractor rates.
  • Handle linehaul subcontractor invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Provide general administrative support and coverage during leave.

About You:

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (Intermediate or Advanced level).
  • Happy to undergo a medical and police check.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to multitask.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in a blue-collar industry/transport industry is desirable but not essential.
