Poszukujemy doświadczonego Senior Machine Learning Engineer’a

Szukamy Ciebie, jeśli:
  • masz min. 5 lat doświadczenia w IT, w tym 3,5 roku w pracy w komercyjnych projektach Machine Learning,
  • nie jest ci obca praca z Python (na poziomie projektów Data Science i ML),
  • są Ci znane usługi AI/ML, MLOps u dostawców chmurowych,
  • dobrze rozumiesz i biegle poruszasz się w metodach i bibliotekach uczenia maszynowego tj.: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, Keras, statsmodels ,
  • posiadasz umiejętności z zakresu data exploration, data visualisation, data cleansing ,
  • masz doświadczenie w jednym z obszarów: Computer Vision, NLP (w tym LLM - praca z API, fine-tuning, pruning, quantinization, knowledge distilation), knowledge management (RAG, lang chain, bazy wektorowe etc.), optymalizacja przez ML (predictive maintenence, recommendation),
  • posiadasz doświadczenie w pracy z klientem i skupiasz się na zrozumieniu oraz realizacji jego potrzeb biznesowych,
  • jesteś osobą proaktywną, gotową do samodzielnego inicjowania działań i szukania nowych rozwiązań,
  • brałeś /-łaś udział w presale'ach
  • jesteś otwarty/-a na sporadyczne wyjazdy do klienta lub do biura - max. kilka w skali roku,
  • posługujesz się językiem angielskim na poziomie średniozaawansowanym, min. B2+.

  • zaangażowanie w proces presale,
  • monitorowanie trendów rynkowych oraz dostosowywanie rozwiązań względem wymagań biznesowych,
  • udzielanie wsparcia merytorycznego w ramach strategicznych działań wewnątrz firmy.
