The Demand to Pay (D2P) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with end-to-end D2P services & solutions tailored to their needs. The D2P teams provide customer service to Roche affiliates on D2P systems and processes (Accounts Payable, Payment Management, Order & Contract Management), ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with our customer-focused principles. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.
The opportunity
As a Contract Migration Support Coordinator(Contract record processor), you are responsible for establishing governance for contract records management, implementing modern archiving methodology, screening, summarizing, and entering legal contract data to provide complete, accurate profiles of contracts in Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLM) and ensuring alignment to document retention policies across Roche affiliates. Primary job duties are researching and updating data in the respective contract migration data collection sheets. In this position you will focus on:
Applying multiple data sources to confirm and update contract data in contract data migration collection sheet
Reviewing data in database to check for completeness and accuracy
Applying ticketing system for incoming requests and issues
Handling multiple data cleanup for different Groups simultaneously
Supporting end users and requesters on system related questions, trainings, providing consultancy services on existing functionalities of the system
Supporting Contract Migration activities and participate in the process of Data gathering and cleansing
Who you are
We are looking for someone who is self motivated, really passionate about their job and understands that providing a high-quality service is essential for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Furthermore, you have:
Passion for accuracy and organizational skills, which are applied to database correction and standardization
Experience with contract management systems, Google applications
Good excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot, complex formulas)
Good time management skills to ensure projects are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
A good command of English (Knowledge of additional language is an advantage)
1 year of related experience preferred but not required (Information management or Database Administration background is desirable)
