Our financial institution, insurance client is looking for Pace to provide augmented staff for a year-long project. This role will be an embedded staff member to the client, employed by Pace.
For this remote role, we are currently accepting candidates residing in the following states - NC, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ME, MI, NJ, NY, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT.
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Receives digital landing page and advice articles from content owners that need to be submitted to Marketing Content Review Advisor
- Packages digital landing pages and advice articles and associated content in preparation for submission to Marketing Content Review Advisor
- mitigating related risk by ensuring submissions are processed timely with all required associated documentation and reviewing for potential marketing regulation violations immediately prior to submission with the goal of all submissions being approved for market on the first attempt.
- Submits digital landing page and advice Article packages using AdTrax Compliance system to Marketing Content Review Advisors.
- Notifies digital landing page and advice article content owners of results of compliance audit (Pass, Fail, Pass with Comments) from Marketing Content Review Advisors
- Facilitates corrections needed with content owners if the compliance audit failed and resubmits digital landing page and advice Article packages using AdTrax Compliance system to Marketing Content Review Advisors.
- Documents each activity listed above in excel tracker.
- Collaborates with multiple internal subject matter experts to conduct review sessions, identifying trends in errors, and facilitating root cause analysis sessions to avoid future errors, while maintaining meticulous documentation to evidence compliance with prescribed review standards and metrics.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree mandatory
Experience:
- 3+ years Strong Communication Skills (both verbal and written) – this role will interface with numerous stakeholders, and they will need to be able to communicate with the stakeholders effectively and efficiently.
- 3+ years Strong Planning (Project Management) and Execution Skills – this role will require the ability to plan out several small projects involving several stakeholders, leading the project, serving as a one of the project resources on some of the projects, and escalating any concerns along the way.
- 2 ½ + years Strong Understanding and Knowledge of Digital Online Shopping Experiences – familiarity with how companies use the digital channel to promote, sell and service their products.
- Experience with process improvement – documenting existing processes, monitoring process effectiveness, making recommendations to improve processes, etc.
- Experience with general marketing ethics, rules and regulations (i.e. UDAAP, Truth in Marketing)
- Experience with Property & Casualty Insurance
- Bright, creative, proactive, process oriented, data / fact driven, problem solver, inquisitive, not afraid of change (early adapter), likes technology, project management, critical thinking, detail oriented, highly analytical.
WHAT WE OFFER
- The salary for this position will range from $63,000 - 85,000 depending on experience, education, geographical location, and other factors.
