Our financial institution, insurance client is looking for Pace to provide augmented staff for a year-long project. This role will be an embedded staff member to the client, employed by Pace. For this remote role, we are currently accepting candidates residing in the following states - NC, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ME, MI, NJ, NY, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for ensuring all Property & Casualty insurance digital landing pages and advice articles are compliant with applicable laws and regulations and advertising is clear and transparent to consumers.
  • Uses AdTrax Compliance system to review submitted digital landing pages and advice articles in comparison to each line item of compliance checklist.
  • Marks on each line item of compliance checklist if submitted digital landing page or advice article is “in compliance” or is “not in compliance.”
  • Updates AdTrax Compliance system with results of compliance audit (Pass, Fail, Pass with Comments) for each submitted digital landing page or advice article, and if the verdict is Fail or Pass with Comments notes additional details why digital landing page or advice article failed compliance check list or may need additional updates.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education:  

Bachelor’s degree mandatory

 

Experience: 

  • 4 years experience in marketing, quality assurance or relevant (i.e., marketing, banking, property and casualty) compliance experience.
  • 2 years experience with advertising regulations and laws with respect to large financial service institutions including but not limited to banking Products and Services (Federal Reserve, CFPB, OCC) or Insurance Products and Services (Department of Insurance).
  • Proficient verbal and written communication experience with all levels within the organization to include providing feedback.
  • Ability to balance business objectives of marketing clients and the industry and regulatory environment.
  • Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing in a highly complex environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Very detail oriented.

  • The salary for this position will range from $47,500 - $60,800 depending on experience, education, geographical location, and other factors.
