About the project: 

We seek a talented and experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing tagging features for digital analytics across multiple websites and mobile applications. This role serves as a liaison between various teams, ensuring that tagging is accurate and meets measurement standards. You will lead digital analytics implementations, develop measurement frameworks, and troubleshoot any issues related to Adobe configuration and integration.  

You will be able to: 

  • Leads digital analytics implementations by managing and prioritizing requests. 
  • Acts as a liaison between Adobe Analytics analysts, Launch implementation developers, and data layer developers, ensuring tagging is complete and accurate. 
  • Serves as a point person for Launch development issues and quick-turnaround bugs that arise throughout the day. 
  • Develops instrumentation strategies and measurement frameworks across multiple websites and mobile apps. 
  • Responsible for implementation requests and ensures all have measurement standards implemented and are functioning as expected. 
  • Delivers clear and concise measurement documentation. 
  • Debugs troubleshoots, and resolves Adobe configuration and integration issues. 
  • Assesses, audits, and identifies gaps in existing tagging, infrastructure, and Adobe Launch configurations. 
  • Supports implementation architecture strategy and governance. 
  • Utilize Adobe Experience Cloud tools to analyze customer data, identify insights, and optimize journey performance. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to drive innovation and maximize the impact of CJA. 

What will help you succeed in this role: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 2+ Years of experience working with Adobe Products. 
  • 2+ Years of experience working with Adobe Analytics. 
  • 1+ Years of experience working with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). 
  • 1+ Years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform. 
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
