The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:

The Planning & Operations Lead within the Workforce Intelligence will play a pivotal role in improving the overall impact and operating effectiveness of the COE by managing the strategic planning and operations of the COE. This role will partner with business and technical leads within Workforce Intelligence, as well as engage with other HR leaders and stakeholders to guide the long-term strategy and improve financial and operational planning within Workforce Intelligence.

What You Will Do

  • Manage annual strategic planning and roadmap development aligned with business goals, HR strategy, and external trends.
  • Establish scalable processes and frameworks to ensure efficient project execution and impact measurement across major initiatives.
  • Manage operational planning and reviews including financials, leadership reviews, business case development and progress tracking to support the team’s goals.
  • Lead discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement to facilitate effective discussions on the HR Data & Technology board and council.
  • Identify and assess emerging trends, tools, and best practices to guide long-term strategy.    
  • Develop clear, concise communications and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key findings, project impacts, and strategic recommendations.
  • Foster relationships across HR, Finance, IT, and other functions to align Workforce Intelligence initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field and a minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in people analytics, business operations, and/ or strategy consulting.
  • Previous experience leading strategic planning, operations, and managing complex projects and stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building business case, project management, and/or roadmap development and implementation.
  • Previous experience in data-driven decision-making and the ability to translate analytics into business impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • U.S Person (U.S Citizen, Permanent Resident, refugee, asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • MBA, or Advanced Degree
  • Previous experience in a global or multinational organization.

  • Remote though, preferably located closer to a major hub (Connecticut, North Carolina, Texas.

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
