Role Overview:
As Associate Product Manager you own a feature, or a set of features within a product area. You work closely with leadership to determine strategy, set priorities, develop the roadmap, and deliver products. You partner alongside cross-functional teams to help shape and define requirements that champion our service providers and lead us closer to achieving our product vision. Paired with support and guidance from our Product and Engineering leaders, you deliver features and successfully roll out new products & enhancements that will have a direct impact on Housecall Pro’s growth trajectory. You are smart, curious, adaptable, empathetic, and motivated to make a big impact on the customers we serve and the people we work with.
As Associate Product Manager of Risk, you will work closely with the broader Risk Product and Risk Operations organizations to power the next generation of our risk systems. Housecall Pro is launching new products at lightning speed, and we’re building the infrastructure to enable this fast-paced innovation while keeping customer accounts safe.

What you do each day:
- Explore what truly motivates our Pros - their needs, desires, concerns, and the reasons they choose our products over others
- Transform how our customers are introduced to our Fintech and Business Solutions products through continuous experimentation
- Uncover insights about how our users think and act
- Create hypotheses for strategies to drive product adoption
- Devise quick, creative solutions to test your hypotheses
- Collaboratively design event models and user flows, introducing innovative ways to represent the customer journey
- Work with Design and Engineering to develop wireframes
- Plan and oversee the entire process from the initial idea through to its final implementation, making sure every step is well thought out and executed
- Develop clear plans to measure how successful your experiments are, ensuring you can track progress and make necessary adjustments
- Clearly explain your plans to your team and other functions to make sure everyone is on the same page
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in product management
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience using ‘growth stack’ tools a plus (i.e. Amplitude, Segment, Braze, Launch Darkly and others that enable product managers to rapidly experiment and measure results)
- (Bonus) Experience in fraud detection, operations, and/or underwriting

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $70,400-$88,000 + Equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
