Enterprise Growth Account Executives at Array are dynamic, growth-oriented sales professionals focused on expanding strategic partnerships with large financial institutions. With a strong understanding of complex financial needs, they drive new revenue by identifying and capturing high-impact opportunities, nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders, and tailoring solutions that support clients’ evolving objectives. These executives work collaboratively with product, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver innovative offerings that align with client needs, helping them accelerate growth and achieve success in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.

You will:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on expanding relationships with senior leaders in financial institutions to understand their strategic objectives and challenges.
  • Identify, pursue, and lead complex growth opportunities that involve multiple stakeholders, guiding clients through a consultative, solutions-driven sales process.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that align with each client's growth goals.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics, positioning Array as a knowledgeable and trusted partner.
  • Leverage your B2B sales expertise to negotiate and structure engagements that foster long-term growth and support mutually beneficial objectives.
You have:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a focus on growth, financial institutions, or similar complex, high-value accounts.
  • A proven track record of managing and expanding high-impact, strategic relationships within the financial sector.
  • Deep knowledge of the financial industry and an understanding of the unique growth opportunities and challenges facing large institutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach, adept at engaging senior stakeholders and influencing long-term partnerships.
  • A strategic and proactive mindset, coupled with a strong focus on delivering client-centric solutions that support growth and innovation.

Pay Transparency: $175,000+ for base salary, depending on experience, this role will also have a commission structure.
