POSITION SUMMARY: 
  
The Interconnection Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and completing all projects relating to this position. The Interconnection Coordinator will complete all daily activities & duties related to moving projects forward and must be able to work independently and as part of a team.  
  
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  
  • Complete and close out all project-related tasks for the Interconnection 
  • Work daily on the backlog to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded 
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for the Interconnection 
  • Constantly communicate areas of improvement to upper management 
  • Monitor project progress and problem solve projects that may run into setbacks 
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a demanding environment while maintaining a high level of accurate record keeping 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 
  
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 
  
Education & Certifications: 
  
  • High School Graduate or GED 
  
Experience: 
  
  • Minimum of 0-6 months professional experience in customer service, coordination, or project management 
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the solar industry 
  • Some experience working directly with utilities services 
  
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations 
  • Confidence, drive, enthusiasm, and a sense of responsibility

  • Attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met
