About our group:

We are developer team of Seagate Drive Factory MES (Manufacturing Execution System) based in China. Our team provides solutions including software architecture & design and application development. The applications and services are deployed in China, Thailand, Singapore and US.  

About the role - you will:

• Work closely with our MES development team to develop in-house applications and support worldwide users 
• Participate in data-related technical issues 
• Participate in software testing and function enhancement to ensure data accuracy and data quality, format verification etc.  

About you:

• Master’s degree and/or equivalent experience 
• Good learning ability and problem-solving skills 
• Good communication skills in English 
• Excellent systematic logical analysis and troubleshooting ability 
• Competency of teamwork, self-learning and self-motivation 

Your experience includes:

• Strong proficiency in both supervised and unsupervised machine/deep learning techniques, specifically for defect classification and anomaly detection 
• Experience with convolutional neural networks (CNNs) for MES applications, using deep learning packages such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or another AI platform 
• Skilled in Python for data processing, visualization, and results validation, with familiarity in libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib 
• Hands-on experience with model deployment for staging or production in cloud native environments
