Business Support Administrative Assistant (English&German) 

 

Job purpose:
 

Support manager(s) and execute administrative tasks with a medium level of pro-activity and complexity according to process and company values (DSO principles).

 

What you do:
 

  • Direct cooperation with manager/s, providing business support and executing requests with a high level of complexity according to process documentation*
  • Understand, monitor and take proper action regarding KPIs
  • Support, follow-up, escalate and seek for solutions of identified issues 
  • Contribute to process improvements and identify process exceptions
  • Participate in problem solving groups
  • Support TL, experts and the team in operational topics
  • Assist in creation of training material (internal)
  • Support onboarding process for new joiners (e.g. buddy role, on the job trainings)                              


Who you are:
 

  • Have ability to use relevant IT systems (ex. SmartBuy, Concur)
  • Understanding of the main and related Business Support processes 
  • Experience (2-5 years) in the respective position would be beneficial
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 on a good level
  • English at least C1, fluent in written and spoken; as a second language German would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders of all levels
  • Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment
  • Customer service skills and approach
  • Dedication and accuracy
  • Organizational skills, motivation and eagerness to learn
  • Flexibility in accepting new challenges (e.g. transitions, projects)
