Job description

Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe. You will be responsible for guiding and coaching teams to deliver high-quality software products efficiently and effectively, while also taking on some project management responsibilities to ensure overall project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Scrum Ceremonies: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Impediment Removal: Identify and proactively address impediments that hinder team progress.
Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute effective testing strategies, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines and quality.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and management.
Project Planning: Contribute to project planning, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.
Reporting: Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong knowledge of Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
Expertise in utilizing Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, and managing software development projects.
Ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders.
Capacity to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Agile Practitioner (SAFe Agilist) certifications are a plus.

Start Date: The project will start on January 10, 2025.

Location: Work will primarily be remote, but occasional on-site presence
