Job description

Our Team:

Vista’s Product Experience organization serves, inspires, and delights customers. It consists of both the Product Management and the User Experience functions. From the simplest interaction on our website, to how people take in our advertising and communications, to enabling our customers to design their loveable products, we are obsessed with delivering value. We know our customers’ needs, and we strive to exceed their expectations. Touching every element of the business, we’re here to grow and build the Vista brand, reach new audiences and offer the best possible experience for every customer.

What You Will Do:

We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to work with our Pricing and Promotions product team. You will own the site-wide customer experience for pricing and promotion (coupons, sales) and develop components for other teams to integrate en route to achieving a robust, clean, and consistent experience.

We are customer-centric builders, hard-core technologists, and ruthless executers who are responsible for delivering the business vision and product strategy through the Foundations domain. You and your team will be responsible for measurable improvements (conversion, satisfaction, etc…) around pricing and promotions.

  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to strategic thinking within domain and team to help identify which customer problems to focus on and set goals.

  • User Research: Conduct market research (Quantitative & Qualitative) and collaborate with your UX/Engineering partners to develop insights on customer needs and goals.

  • Product Requirement: Using the market insights and the Vistas’ product strategy, build actionable roadmaps and own the PRD (Epics, User-Stories & Wireframes).

  • Manage Product Lifecycle: Establish and align on product requirements with your Engineering and UX team members. Monitor the progress of the product release, support plan and product analytics for a seamless delivery of business value.

  • Agile Management: Ensure requirements are converted to effective & informative backlogs with user stories and story points. Effectively be a part of daily sprint stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint alignment, demo’s, retrospectives, and backlog refinements.

  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor various channels of information flow that can provide feedback on product performance to further improve the customer experience. Self-Improvement through constant learning is also important.

Your Qualifications:

At Vista, we are striving to hire individuals that add new insights and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture. No matter your background or work experience, we strongly encourage you to apply—even if you feel that you don’t meet the exact requirements or have the same qualifications. You might be a great candidate for this or other opportunities.

  • 6+ years of professional experience

  • Experience working on complex and high-quality B2C customer-facing products, preferably in the e-commerce Domain.

  • Strong sense of UI/UX concepts and familiarity of functional tools.

  • Understanding of Data Analytics and its application.

  • Exceptional collaboration, partnership, presentation, and influencing skills.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience and expertise working in a marketing, promotions, and/or pricing role.

  • Solid understanding of one or more of the following: Confluence, Jira, Figma, Looker, A/B testing tools, Miro is a plus.
