  • The Digital Strategist is responsible for supporting the growth and management of digital partnerships. This role involves analysing business requirements, identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships, and ensuring that digital initiatives align with the overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in digital ecosystems, and a deep understanding of partnership dynamics.

  • Identify potential digital partners and assess opportunities for collaboration.
  • Support the negotiation and onboarding processes for new partners.
  • Maintain relationships with existing digital partners to ensure mutual success.
  • Business Analysis:
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to digital partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for partnerships.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure digital partnership initiatives align with overall business goals.
  • Project Management:
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement digital initiatives.

  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the implementation of partnership projects.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track the performance of digital partnerships.

  • Recommend adjustments to partnership strategies based on performance data and market trends.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Contribute to the development of long-term digital partnership strategies.

  • Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, digital partnerships, or a related role.
  • Experience working within digital ecosystems, such as e-commerce, digital marketing, or tech startups.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing digital partnerships.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on collaboration.
  • Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
