Job description

We are seeking a Contract Senior Eloqua Campaign Developer to join our Martech Engineering team. This role is responsible for client/account-specific technical implementation of digital marketing campaigns and offers (including messaging, campaign, audience/segment setup, and monitoring). The Senior Campaign Developer works closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly and cohesively execute full campaign flows across multiple channels.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Assist CRM team in executing multi-channel strategies for driving customer relationships to increase customer acquisition and ongoing engagement
  • Support and monitor large and complex brand campaigns
  • Implement various third party, cross-channel campaigns, offers, audiences, and messaging to include workflow, timelines, asset development, and deadlines
  • Develop communication cadence with strategy, creative, and technology teams to establish campaign production priorities, milestones, and deadlines
  • Configure campaigns, journeys, and messages according to provided campaign and journey business requirements
  • QA and ensure all campaigns meet specifications as outlined by strategy and client teams
  • Serve as the primary contact for campaign, offer, audience, and message setup and support
  • Troubleshoot offers and campaigns by investigating setup, implementation, and end-to-end testing; work closely with product and technology teams to escalate and communicate issues
  • Assist with campaign calendar and partner with strategy team to secure the timing of campaign launches
  • Collaborate with strategy and product teams to test various scenarios and concepts 
  • Create and refine operational processes; identify new ways to help the team scale
  • Proactively recommend improvements on campaign execution based on platform capabilities and functionality
  • Manage all reported issues and inquiries with a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail
  • Deliver on campaign deployments within a set project schedule, track progress, and provide status to stakeholders

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of Eloqua experience required
  • Proficiency in HTML required
  • Understanding of best practices related to digital message rendering across email clients and devices
  • Knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, and related certifications a plus
  • Eagerness to learn multiple platforms and their capabilities/limitations
  • A fast learner; proven success picking up new technologies/tools quickly and proficiently  
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; flexible and readily adaptable to changing circumstances 
  • A keen attention to detail and accuracy; exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills  
  • Self-driven; the ability to work independently, define a way forward, and solve problems with limited direction; proven capacity to drive results in an evolving and complex organization 
  • Strong communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and staff to achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationships  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Digitally-savvy and well-informed on digital innovations, trends, and technologies 
  • Availability/willingness to be on-call outside of core business hours for QA support as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, technology, marketing, mathematics, related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
