The Role
We are the
Phoenix team, which focuses on the Q&A module - a secure communication and collaboration tool within the
Ideals Virtual Data Room product. The tool is designed for Enterprise customers to streamline interactions and enhance project management. It allows users to ask questions and get timely answers on critical aspects of their deals, ensuring smooth, clear, and reliable communication between all parties involved. With robust features like role-based permissions and advanced workflow management, it supports secure data handling, tracks conversations, and empowers each user to access the right information at the right time.
As the list of requests from the Enterprise clients continues to grow, we are looking for a
Senior Backend Engineer (.NET) to join us remotely from
Ukraine or Poland. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing new features, improving existing services, and supporting production environments, while fostering a strong coding culture within the
Ideals Virtual Data Room product.
You’ll collaborate closely with teams across engineering, product, DevOps, and customer support, reporting to the Engineering Manager and influencing key technical and product decisions. Your expertise as a Senior Backend Engineer will help drive product development, adopt the latest technologies, stay current with modern frameworks, and uphold best engineering practices.

What You Will DoParticipate in all phases of the SDLC as part of a cross-functional product team.
