Requirements

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Projects Co-ordinator to join their team and assist in the delivery of Telecoms and IT services to their expanding customer base. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and managing IT and Telecoms-related projects, while also handling administrative tasks such as provisioning, number porting, hardware orders, supplier management, and scheduling engineering teams.




Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage projects received from the sales team.
  • Facilitate and lead initial kick-off meetings with the sales, engineering, and customer teams.
  • Order services and hardware from suppliers.
  • Place provisioning orders for services such as Microsoft licenses, broadband, hosted telephony, and mobile services.
  • Manage number porting processes.
  • Schedule engineers for on-site installation and training.
  • Keep customers informed of their order progress throughout the process.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure accurate booking and inventory control.
  • Provide clear documentation and a smooth handover to clients and support teams.
  • Maintain a focus on delivering world-class service to clients at all times.

Job Experience Required:

  • Previous project management experience.
  • Experience in Telecoms and IT project delivery and provisioning is advantageous.
  • Previous experience with IT or Telecoms provisioning would be beneficial.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a "can-do" approach.
  • Highly organized and structured with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player with a collaborative approach to work
