Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:  20 paid hours per week. Client is based in Cyprus, so staff must be available during those business hours.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the creative and operational needs of our online store. From helping with visual design to managing product uploads and descriptions, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design Support
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop product visuals, banners, and store assets.
  • Assist with visual layout improvements on Shopify for an engaging and aesthetic user experience.
Shopify Store Management
  • Upload new products, write compelling product descriptions, and update pricing and discounts.
  • Ensure that product pages, collections, and categories are correctly configured and optimized.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure the store is running smoothly and product displays are accurate.
Product Launches
  • Collect, organize, and prepare product images and descriptions for new releases.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate product information is available.
Operations & Quality Control
  • Review and troubleshoot product listings, ensuring no missing images, incorrect prices, or stock issues.
  • Keep track of discounts, sales events, and inventory updates.












Requirements
  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Strong writing skills for clear, persuasive product descriptions.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or retail is a bonus.
