About The Role
We are looking for a High-Velocity Seller with a familiarity in DevOps to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling DevOps solutions and a proven track record in high-velocity sales environments. This role is perfect for someone familiar with the Product-Led Growth (PLG) model, who is comfortable working with growing organizations and can bring technical and strategic expertise to the sales process.
What You’ll Do
As a High-Velocity Growth Seller at CloudBees:
- You will play a critical role in driving pipeline generation for our next-generation product line, including Feature Management, CloudBees Platform, and Launchable.
- You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, focusing on mid-market and corporate accounts, and helping organizations adopt modern DevOps practices through our innovative solutions.
- Your primary objective will be to rapidly increase sales pipeline, drive new customer acquisition, and expand CloudBees' presence in the fast-growing DevOps and software delivery market.
- This role requires a foundational understanding of the DevOps ecosystem, a passion for cutting-edge technology, and the ability to sell technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
What the Role Requires
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-velocity sales role with demonstrated success in closing deals, meeting quotas, and driving revenue growth.
- DevOps and Developer Persona Experience: Familiar with DevOps tools, solutions, and practices, especially Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
- Experience Selling Technical Solutions: Proven track record of selling software or technical solutions to engineering and operations teams within mid-market or enterprise organizations.
- Familiarity with PLG Motion: Understanding of the Product-Led Growth (PLG) model and experience working in organizations where self-service, free trials, and low-friction adoption were key growth drivers.
- Playbook Experience: Previous experience with building and executing sales playbooks, particularly in tech sales or DevOps environments, is highly preferred.
- Technical Fluency: The ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders at various levels.
- Driven and Results-Oriented: Self-starter with an entrepreneur spirit and competitive edge who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams to ensure customer success.
