We're seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day transportation operations and courier workforce. As a leader, you'll ensure high levels of service, production, and quality metrics are achieved, while coaching a high-performance team and adhering to Iron Mountain regulations.

PAY: $66,000 - $70,000

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed)

HOURS: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Expect to be on-call)

LOCATION: US TN 6300 Enterprise Park Drive Suite C, Chattanooga, TN 37416

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage transportation operations to ensure excellent service and performance

• Supervise and develop a team of operations personnel

• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed

• Manage routes, schedules, and workload assignments

• Analyze and improve operational performance using metrics and data

• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to maintain fleet and equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record

• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, operations, or related environment

• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
