About the role
We’re looking for an Administrative Support to join our National Claims Finance Support team!
What you’ll do here:
- Perform various recurring administrative tasks such as posting recoveries in Claims systems (salvage, cheque deposits, EFTs, service center postings, collect credit card details from insureds and from third parties ,etc).
- Monitor shared mailbox(es) and address associated inquires
- Review stale dated cheques
- Process cheques returned
- Respond to a variety of requests to support operations
- Support projects or new initiatives as requested
What you bring to the table:
- Administrative Technician or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years minimum of experience in an office environment
- Legendary customer service and relationship building with the ability to understand stakeholders' needs
- Highly organized and able to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Attention to details & compliance to internal procedures
- Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
