Executive Search Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Search Consultant with a track record of success to join our team. Reporting to the Global Head, Executive Search Services, you will lead inhouse recruitment processes for executive positions across the Philips organization. You will serve as a strategic talent advisor for Philips, striving for a best in class ‘client/candidate centric’ experience for all internal and external stakeholders. You will identify and assess top talent for active and future roles, building diverse executive pipelines of talent.

Your role:

  • Build a trusted advisor relationship with executive-level hiring managers and other senior stakeholders to understand and anticipate executive hiring needs, as well as provide insights and recommendations on industry trends, market dynamics and competitive intelligence,

  • Nurture relationships with executive talent and engage business leaders, as appropriate to ensure healthy and qualified candidate pipelines by activating a targeted and proactive outreach strategy, based on succession plans, building diverse talent networks to supplement Philips’ immediate and long-term talent priorities, at the executive level,

  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies for client portfolios in pre-defined disciplines and execute by utilizing knowledge of internal and external talent pools to build robust and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates,

  • Partner with internal partners including Rewards, International Mobility, Talent Management and Philips People Services throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience,

  • Lead and deliver seamless executive search processes to effectively attract, assess, select and onboard talent for executive positions.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate executive recruitment, preferably in a global matrixed environment, working with the most senior levels of the organization, and working experience in a retained executive search firm,

  • You have proven experience assessing executive level talent,

  • You have proven experience at executive level offer negotiation and development. You have experience fostering collaborative working relationships advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels,

  • You are results driven, with a strong sense of urgency. You can handle multiple projects and deadlines, prioritize various demands, and identify/solve problems creatively,

  • You are adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity,

  • You have deep business acumen and strong interpersonal communication skills with a collaborative, teaming up to win mindset,

  • You have a master’s degree in related field.
