The Opportunity

We are seeking a customer-centric Program Manager with a results-driven mentality and diligent approach to join our Talent Development team.

This role focuses on developing and managing programs that support and enable people leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate has a proven background in project/program management, extensive experience of supporting the design and delivery of solutions that inspire change in leadership behavior. Highly collaborative, with strong communication skills, you champion a user-driven mentality, take a test-and-learn approach to experiment with new ideas, and actively seek feedback to optimize customer experience. You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, are eager to learn and grow with the organization, and prioritize the needs of both the team and the business.

What you'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the team, demonstrating data-driven insights to influence decisions and drive the development of effective solutions
  • Program Management: End to end program management of our People Leader initiatives. Scope, Implement, and continuously improve scalable development programs that support people leaders to be more effective.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Talent Management, Insights, Rewards, Wellbeing, DEI, Communication partners, and other relevant collaborators to identify leadership needs and align program objectives with business goals.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs using Objectives and Key Results metrics; provide regular reports and insights to partners.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine leadership development programs to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and changes in leadership requirements.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication and implementation of leadership programs across the organization, driving adoption of standard methodologies.
  • Operations: Execute on the programs delivered. This includes writing and sending comms and calendar invites, scheduling sessions and dry runs, spin up instances in our Adobe Learning Manager (LMS) and produce virtual and live trainings.

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of program management experience, preferably within HR, Talent Development, or Leadership Development.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple partners.
  • Curiosity to learn and pilot new ideas and tools, with strong follow through and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication, written, and verbal skills, with an interest in visual and narrative storytelling and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing and driving engagement in collaboration tools (Slack, Miro, Teams, SharePoint etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to foster trust and relationships across various levels of the organization.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, identify and align varied perspectives, and advise and influence senior partners
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills to breakdown sizable problems into meaningful pieces, and leverage data to derive insights

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $95,600 -- $195,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
