The Senior Technical Architect performs a variety of tasks based on the needs of our clients and is able to respond quickly to developing requirements while maintaining focus on requirements already approved. The Technical Architect has a high degree of technical acumen while being able to collaborate directly with client leadership to understand their challenges and translate those needs into working solutions provided by our company.
The Senior Technical Architect will:
Provide industry-specific coaching and training to client
Brainstorm strategies for positive change and technical improvement
Be able to analyze and research the source of technical issues.
Give presentations and organize team meetings.
Meet with existing clients to perform an initial assessment, discuss goals, and strategize methods for improvement.
Solve problems through helpful recommendations and practical suggestions.
Collect data on clients and the business through interviews, workplace shadowing and researching documents.
Experience Required:
~2 years experience working with databases (SQL and/or Oracle Server)
~2 years customer facing experience in driving meetings and evaluating customer business requirements
Knowledge of SQL commands
Working proficiency with JAVA and J2EE applications
Working proficiency with ETL tools such as Informatica
Bachelors degree
Experience in ERP/Supply Chain a plus
