Job Description:

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for developing and executing risk programs to identify, measure, monitor, manage and report key operational, compliance and other risk types within Human Resources.

  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You’ll Do It

  • Monitors somewhat complex risk and control environment and identifies solutions to improve control effectiveness. Develops test plans and performs control testing in a timely manner.

  • Coordinates timely execution of essential HR Business Risk operational processes including, but not limited to, business continuity planning, exam management and records retention.

  • Assists in leading and executing strategic risk programs that assesses current and emerging risks associated with legal, regulatory and other risk related exposures.

  • Assists in the development of root cause analysis and action plans for issues identified through exams and testing. Monitors the remediation efforts to ensure effective and timely closure.

  • Participates in the development of risk monitoring and reporting to the business process owners, where applicable

Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelors Business Administration and Management, Finance or related

  • 4+ years of Risk operations, internal controls, finance, or related

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
