Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Large Enterprises Business Executive to lead the growth of strategic accounts in the region.

You will own the development and implementation of a regional plan to enhance large corporate sales.

You will be responsible for managing a reliable pipeline of opportunities. establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key companies and clients in the region, building customized sales and negotiation strategies.

You are expected to build long-term, strategic relationships with the business’s key accounts.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Attract and cultivate new Enterprise customers to enhance sales.
  • Implement engaging outreach strategies that provide value proposition for corporate clients. This could include facilitating workshops, in-person events, and participating in online communities to share success case stories.
  • Assist in generating new leads by effectively managing current connections and networking with contacts.
  • Efficiently manage a full-funnel sales pipeline, utilizing our CRM tools for tracking and reporting to uncover insights for compounding growth and clean reporting to leadership.
  • Conduct the full negotiation cycle of corporate contracts, including upsells and renewals.
  • Maintain robust relationships with existing clients, becoming a consultant on Language Learning needs.
  • Develop and conduct powerful presentations to potential new accounts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline of opportunities, sales records, reports, and other relevant customer information
  • Have a holistic understanding of OE products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands, providing valuable feedback to the broader team.
  • Regularly contribute ideas based on our current customer aspirations and afflictions to help further cement your reputation as a trusted consultative partner and not just a sales rep reading from a script


Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in Language Learning sales roles
  • Proven background of closing complex sales cycles
  • + 10 years experience in sales and contract negotiations for deal of more than 100K
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Languages: Spanish & English
