Position Overview:
Aeroflow Health is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Corporate Marketing Senior Manager, B2B Strategy to drive impactful B2B marketing initiatives for our six essential product lines. This high-impact, remote role is critical to enhancing Aeroflow’s market positioning and brand differentiation, while directly contributing to the company's mission to make high-quality medical equipment accessible through insurance. Acting as a player-coach, you’ll lead a corporate marketing team and partner with agencies to execute transformative campaigns from concept through completion, blending strategic oversight with hands-on project involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy and Positioning: Develop and execute B2B-focused brand strategies that position Aeroflow Health as an industry leader, especially within payer partnerships and healthcare markets.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Oversee comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, SEO, and paid media, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Use data insights to create compelling narratives that highlight Aeroflow’s value and impact, focusing on key performance indicators that drive brand and business growth.
  • PR and Media Relations: Manage public relations and collaborate with agency partners to enhance Aeroflow’s visibility in the market, maintaining strong media relations.
  • Corporate Website & SEO Management: Align the corporate website and SEO strategies with business objectives, optimizing for inbound leads and brand visibility.
  • Employee Engagement & Event Planning: Lead initiatives to foster a cohesive and motivated workplace culture through internal events and engagement activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and business units to craft B2B strategies that support overall company growth and effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • B2B Marketing Expertise: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within health, family, or related industries.
  • Proven Brand Leadership: Demonstrated ability to take brand campaigns from concept to completion, particularly in digital and multimedia spaces.
  • Marketing Team Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring a marketing team with a track record of building high-performing, creative teams in a player-coach capacity.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Extensive experience in A/B testing, campaign analysis, and data utilization to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Website and SEO Management: Strong background in corporate website management and SEO, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Hands-On and Strategic: Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on project management, contributing directly to campaign execution and optimization.
