Job description

We are looking for a Field Support Specialist - SCADA System to join our South Europe Service Project team.

50% travelling to our customers based in Europe is to be expected.

Based in Italy, you lead and enhance a technical team ‘s performance in BioProcess equipment services, to ensure successful delivery and maintenance of equipment.

You will be working in a dynamic team where we hope to future develop your talents together .

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

  • You are the point of escalation for technical assistance and liaise the team to ensure timely resolution of all issues.

  • You act as a key source for pro-active improvement suggestions for the technical and field service aspects of the position.

  • You support the Field Service Technicians with in depth technical knowledge.

  • You perform service activities within guidelines and in compliance with internal & customer procedures and regulations. This means mainly: commissioning/installation, repairs, maintenance, etc.to ensure safe and effective customer operations.

  • Manage new (especially large) installations, take ownership for the customer site new equipment will be installed to ensure that everything necessary has been prepared accordingly to our requirements

  • Ensure the validation of the practical skills acquired in the field by the Service Technicians at the end of the companionship program.

What will convince us

Software or code language :

  • Windows environment (ideally knowledge of the basics of domain control)

  • Protocols for remote connections: RDP, VNC, etc.

Technical knowledge :
