Campaign Owner!

What is your role?  

  • Develop and create tactical marketing campaigns to assist the achievement of the international marketing strategy taking the lead in coordinating and guiding these efforts. 
  • Generate support and motivate local markets to execute the marketing plans effectively. 
  • Ensure alignment by monitoring and supporting local teams in implementing the marketing strategy. 
  • Monitor implementation of marketing plans and actions, making optimizations as needed for better outcomes. 
  • Act as a linking pin between the Marketing team, E-Business Marketing team, and global departments like Commerce, CX, and Category Management. 
  • Facilitate strong collaboration with local marketing departments to ensure seamless execution. 
  • Optimize internal marketing processes, ensuring tools, workflows, and procedures are efficient and effective. 
  • Lead and participate in international marketing projects, coordinating efforts to drive success across markets. 

Who are you? 

  • You have a BA degree in Marketing; 
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience; 
  • Managing various projects comes natural to you; 
  • You are experienced with customer centricity, branding and market monitoring; 
  • Working with a large international group of (marketing) professionals gives you energy; 
  • You understand the importance of analyzing campaigns and optimize accordingly; 
  • You are experienced in developing and executing multi-channel, integrated campaigns; 
  • You have at least some basic knowledge of digital marketing tools. 
  • You have a positive attitude, open-minded and adaptable with a test-and-learn approach. 
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written (additional EU languages are a plus).
