We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

As a Data Scientist on the Monetization Growth organization, you will be a critical part of the team building delightful experiences driving customer success and tangible business growth. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about using statistical, analytical, and machine learning techniques to extract, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data, thereby transforming it into meaningful information to drive decision-making and optimize outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong technical skills along with the ability to work with a diverse, distributed multi-functional team.

What you'll Do

  • Conduct sound statistical analysis of user revenue growth programs and A/B experiments to recognize patterns that lead to actionable insights. Identify biases in data collection and observation.

  • Interpret the results and then simplify and synthesize them for partners, using a wide range of visualization and storytelling techniques.

  • Be a specialist of stitching and calibrating sparse and noisy semi-structured or unstructured data across various data sources.

  • Partner with experts across multiple functions to understand customer behavior and pain-points and use insights to make recommendations to improve product and customer experience.

What you need to succeed

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field of study. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with relevant practical experience.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.

  • Experience with hypothesis or A/B test analyses with in-depth understanding of the statistical concepts involved.

  • Hands-on experience working with large data sets. Prior experience with a big data platform like Databricks, Apache Spark or Apache Hadoop.

  • Expert in at least one programming or data manipulation language, preferably Python and SQL.

  • Data storytelling skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication.
