As a Program Management Intern with Adobe’s Employee Experience PMO (EX PMO), you’ll learn about the world of people operations, and gain firsthand experience developing and coordinating impactful projects that support the PMO team, the broader EX organization, and Adobe employees across the company.

What you'll Do
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating program initiatives within the Employee Experience PMO.
  • Track and update project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Support communications and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and propose creative solutions for program challenges.
  • Design and deliver a special project that tackles a key opportunity for the PMO team and/or EX organization.

What you need to succeed
  • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026
  • Interest in program management, project coordination, or operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and task completion.
  • Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello) is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
