What You Will Do:
- Proficient in administering Mac OS laptops, including setup, software installations, updates and troubleshooting.
- Support Gmail and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring secure and efficient email operations, cloud resource management, and collaboration across teams.
- Skilled in setting up and deploying Office 365, from initial configurations to full implementation, including managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings within the O365 suite.
- Experience in using Microsoft Azure cloud for variety of infrastructure and application management tasks.
- Proficient in using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools to secure and manage mobile devices across an organization. Familiar with popular MDM solutions like Jamf, or ManageEngine’s MDM.
- Participate in production software deployments working closely with other members of the production support group to ensure the proper transition of system changes into the production environment.
- Perform general technical trouble shooting & give consultation to development teams
- Report issues to management & work to identify root cause of system related issues
- Create & maintain technical documentation including system diagrams & operational procedures
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree, or in lieu of a degree, equivalent related work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in Office 365 administration from setup to deployment
- Proficient in Gmail administration, including account setup, email security and troubleshooting.
- Experience with managing MAC O.S laptops.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform services and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in Mobile Device Management tools (MDM). Ideal candidate will have experience with Jamf.
- Install, configure, and maintain Unix Linux systems and software.
- Understanding of operating system hardening.
- Ability to conduct effective research into Unix Linux issues and products.
- Ability to meet delivery deadlines.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in infrastructure support.
- 1 to 2 years experience in public/private cloud technologies especially with Azure and GCP.
- 1-2 years experience with MDM tools such as Jamf.
- Work independently or as part of a team and have strong communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
The annual salary range for this position is $65,400.00-$98,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
