About the Role
Scaling our paid media strategy to deliver qualified leads and drive sign-ups for our SaaS offerings. We need an expert to refine and grow our approach with an emphasis on efficiency, targeting, and measurable ROI.
Are you experienced in managing paid media campaigns for SaaS across Meta and YouTube? Do you know how to optimize ad spend, reduce costs, and drive consistent lead generation? As our Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of media campaigns, from strategy and execution to analysis and reporting. Your role will center on data-driven decision-making, campaign refinement, and ensuring maximum ROAS while effectively guiding qualified leads to sales-assisted upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, launch, and optimize data-driven campaigns across Meta and YouTube, ensuring ad copy, creative, and targeting align with our SaaS growth goals.
- Metrics Optimization: Track and refine key performance indicators (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) to enhance ad performance, elevate conversion quality, and reduce acquisition costs.
- Advanced Audience Targeting: Utilize custom audiences, lookalikes, and user segmentation tailored for SaaS customer acquisition to expand reach while maintaining lead quality.
- Testing & Iteration: Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audience segments, iterating to improve campaign results based on what works best.
- Efficient Budget Management: Oversee ad spend with a focus on ROI, ensuring budgets are optimized for scalable, cost-effective growth.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics, and other tools to track, analyze, and report on performance, turning data into actionable insights.
- Creative Development Collaboration: Work with our design team to create high-quality ads that resonate with SaaS buyers and small business owners.
What We’re Looking For:
- SaaS Campaign Expertise: 6+ years managing and scaling paid media campaigns for SaaS companies with proven results in lowering CPC, boosting ROAS, and reducing CPA.
- Strategic & Data-Driven Insight: Skilled at interpreting and optimizing metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS to make data-backed decisions that enhance performance.
- Audience Mastery: Experienced in crafting and optimizing custom and lookalike audiences to drive high-quality lead acquisition.
- Optimization Expert: Deep understanding of campaign optimization, from targeting adjustments to budget reallocations.
- Testing Mindset: Proficient in A/B testing to continually improve outcomes for SaaS audiences.
- Creative & Analytical Balance: Able to develop compelling ads and dive into performance data to refine strategies.
- Industry Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest Meta, YouTube, and CTV best practices and trends in SaaS advertising.
