Document Production Team Leader

Role: Team Leader

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9:00am until 5:00pm with 30 mins unpaid lunch break

Location: Remote

Salary: £26,500 per annum plus company benefits + Additional payment: £20 monthly phone/mobile allowance

Purpose of role

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for legal administration and team leadership? We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to drive excellence within our ODC legal administration team. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of growth and efficiency while overseeing the performance management and development of your team members.

The ideal candidate will excel in a dual role, balancing team leadership with hands-on legal administration duties. Join us in shaping the future of legal operations and empowering your team to achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities

  • Potentially participate in new client implementations and due diligence processes

  • Build and develop day-to-day relationship with client, being their first line of contact for queries, concerns, or complaints

  • Manage assigned client accounts, including preparation of Account Review Reports (‘ARRs’) and participation in Account Review Meetings (‘ARMs’)

  • Subject matter expert for relevant clients/teams, including writing and or signing off Standard Operating Procedures

  • Update and maintain the Root Cause Analysis

  • Ensure the immediate resolution of operational issues or complaints and that corrective long-term action has been taken, involving the Team Manager or General Manager, as required

Personal attributes

  • Previous experience in people management, administration, or a similar role

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Exceptional technical skills including high competency in the use of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Well presented with good social and interpersonal skills

  • Experience of leading a team working under pressure

  • Ability to lead by example and with a strong customer focus

  • Experience of client service/professional services environment

  • Experience of building and maintaining client relationships

  • Organised, flexible and proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude

  • Able to problem solve and deliver under pressure

  • Capable of taking initiative and developing solutions

  • Flexible and enthusiastic self-starter
