We are looking for you for our open position as Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/x)! Join the Country Operations team and be responsible for talent management and development in the respective market, shape the organisational culture and increase the effectiveness of our AUTO1 Group People Department. In this department we shape the way we work in our organisation and help the team to grow.

Job Description
  • Be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for our various departments (e.g. Production, Business Development, Marketing) and enable a fast & personal candidate experience
  • Conduct interviews independently and work with us to find the best talent for our departments
  • Take responsibility for applicant management and coordinate appointments between internal interview partners and our candidates
  • Position yourself as a sparring partner for our specialist departments through your professional approach
  • Proactively contribute your ideas and support projects that combine both corporate goals and recruiting trends

Qualifications
  • Passion for human resources and practical experience in recruiting, ideally in an international company
  • Excellent language skills in English and German (at least level C1), Spanish would be a huge plus! 
  • Enjoyment of a dynamic corporate culture and a high degree of independence and personal responsibility
  • A structured way of working and the talent to inspire people
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology or a similar field is an advantage, but not required
