Mission of Recruiting Admin Support:

As a Recruiting Admin Support, your mission plays a crucial role in the expansion of high-performing recruiting divisions across various countries. You will be the frontline in supporting the sourcing and screening team, ensuring documentation and resources are complete, accurate & up-to-date.

You’ll also play a vital part in facilitating seamless interview scheduling for candidates and internal team members.



Your responsibilities encompass:

  • CV/Resume Updating:
    • Re-formatting, updating, and checking the CV’s/resumes of the candidates that successfully pass through the recruiting process to ensure uniformity and accuracy when being presented to Clients.
  • Background/Reference Checks:
    • Champion integrity and quality assurance through ensuring that all background and reference checks and conducted seamlessly for all approved candidates
  • Recruiting Admin Support:
    • Keeping ATS Systems fully up-to-date, and coordinating with Account Managers to ensure all details and information on candidates is readily accessible
  • Interview Scheduling:
    • Offering support in scheduling interviews for Recruiting Specialists
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Reaching out to candidates with queries/requests for additional info
    • Updating and organizing files/SOP’s
    • Providing general support to the Recruiting Specialists, Account Managers and Recruiting Manager

Specifics:

  • Time
    • Full Time, 5am-2pm MNL (8hrs with a 1hr break)
      • Be available during business hours to communicate responsively with your direct supervisor and teammates
    • This is a remote position so you can have the freedom to work from anywhere
