Key Accountabilities:

  • Database programming SQL, data analysis ability, solution development ability

  • Accountability Supporting Activities Provide technical leadership for development and refinement of Site Intelligence Data Assets, Systems, Processes and Tools
  •  Analyze business needs to develop system requirements and enhancements for Site Intelligence systems.
  • Utilize Lean Business Process methodology to ensure most efficient workflow for data Site Intelligence Management System and related systems.
  • Assist with the implementation of interfaces and systems needed for data integration.
  • Develop reporting strategy and specify Site Intelligence metric reports and data visualization to support site intelligence, feasibility, site selection, patient recruitment, site alliance, proposal development and marketing.
  • Identify and/or develop additional tools and integration needed for best in class feasibility and site selection.
  • Provide project planning and management for Site Intelligence data analytics initiatives. · Analyze reports to identify records needing cleaning to maintain data integrity
  • Execute and QC necessary data imports from external and internal systems as needed and verify record change requests.

· Client focused approach to work understanding client needs beyond the immediate issues and understanding the larger context. Knowledge and Experience:

 · Substantial technology or database experience, preferably in a clinical research or healthcare setting.

· Advanced knowledge of database applications. Knowledge of SQL programming and experience in database development, maintenance and data analysis preferred.

· Familiarity with Agile software development methodology

· Excellent in written and oral English.

Education: · University degree, preferably in Information Management, Computer Science, Clinical Research or equivalent qualification or experience.
