Your Key duties and Responsibilities:
Managing local promotional materials
Deliver graphic, written, or verbal presentations and reports of findings, statistics, and insights
Assist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms, including website, blogs, and emails
Supporting Sales Representatives in their daily job
Providing administrative support for the Team
Preparing and adapting global promo materials/campaigns
Organizing scientific events
Coordinating digital activities such as webinars, mailings and websites updates
Cooperating with other franchises in terms of compliance, regulatory and medical approval for marketing activities
Cooperating with vendors, agencies, scientific events organizations, printing houses, graphic designers
Cooperating and maintaining good relations with customers
Our requirements:
Previous experience in the medical devices or pharma industry in the area of marketing
Native Polish and English on a level enabling daily communication (at least B2)
Strong creativity and relationship building skills
Managing multiple projects at the same time
Self motivated
Excellent organizational and negotiations skills
Strong attention to details
Responsibility and flexibility, ability to work in a team
Highly developed organizational and communication skills
Availability for occasional business trips

Labor contract for limited period up to 12 months
