Job description

Why Patients Need You

  • The PQL secondee will be accountable to outline the end-to-end processes and process interconnections to ensure the right metrics are in place to reflect process performance and enable simplified process health assessment by BPOs.

  • The PQL secondee will optimize fit for purpose visualizations and metrics to improve the BPO monitoring of quality, speed, and cost to deliver the business outcomes​.

What You Will Achieve and How You Will Achieve It

  • For selected GCP Processes, the PQL secondee will partner with the BPO to assess if there are appropriate measures and control points for their specific process and work to improve the existing KPIs or implement new ones.

  • Design Power BI prototype for POB Dashboard reflecting the new/revised metrics

  • Lead cross-functional, cross-process limited duration teams focused on process quality, process change control, and improvement of process efficiencies

  • Resolve process gaps and issues or escalate as needed through the appropriate quality forums and governances

  • Report on process progress, highlighting risk areas at the GCP Quality Council, and other quality governances as needed; collaborate with functional line leadership to mitigate risk areas and issues.

  • Collaborate with other PQLs and quality representatives to maintain an enterprise process management focus

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS with 12 years of experience

  • MS/MBS with 8 years of experience

  • PhD/MD with 3 years of experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 6 years of pharmaceutical experience with solid experience in analytics, data visualization, KPIs and operational process flows.

  • Solid experience with Data Visualization tools (Power BI is preferred)

  • Regulatory inspection, audit, or quality event experience.

  • Knowledge of clinical trial processes and relationships required

  • Strong analytical skills, Knowledge of Pfizer systems, Microsoft suite
