What You Can Expect:

  • Provide Administrative & Clerical Support: Perform complex administrative tasks, including word processing, data entry, meeting minutes, correspondence, and report preparation.

  • Problem-Solving & Subject Matter Expertise: Handle complex issues independently, referring only the most challenging ones to senior staff, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter.

  • Program & Operational Support: Anticipate and respond to the needs of assigned areas or programs to ensure seamless operation, including maintaining calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and office supply management.

  • Documentation & Record-Keeping: Sort and route incoming mail, organize files, and ensure accurate documentation to support effective tracking and retrieval of information.

  • Stakeholder Interaction: Engage professionally with leaders, employees, physicians, board members, and the public, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4 years' experience.
