Key responsabilities:
- Serve as the contact center expert for CCaaS capabilities and implementation.
- Develop and support CCaaS functionalities such as call flow design and CRM integration.
- Troubleshoot system issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Collaborate to understand business requirements and design solutions.
- Implement APIs based on architecture frameworks and guidelines.
