Overview:
We are seeking an innovative Microsoft AI Product Administrator to join our Digital Employee Experience team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Platform, particularly Co-Pilot Studio and previously Power Virtual Agents, and a strong interest and background in artificial intelligence. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to meet business needs. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, intelligent solutions.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience within Microsoft Power Platform particularly in Co-Pilot Studio
· Familiarity with agile methodologies, version control, and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub).
· Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
· Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and transformer-based models.
· Skills in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, or AI-specific languages would be advantageous.
· Experience with data integration using APIs and knowledge of custom connectors.
· Strong understanding of SharePoint and SharePoint administration tools.
· Knowledge of designing conversational AI, chatbots, or virtual assistant interfaces.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
· Ability to document workflows, processes, and code for future reference
· Relevant certifications in AI, Power Platform, or related technologies are a plus.
Responsibilities:
· Design and develop AI-driven solutions using Power Platform tools, with a focus on Co-Pilot Studio and Agents.
· Support AI Integration within Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
· Ensure AI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance standards.
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI and Power Platform solutions.
· Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and the Power Platform ecosystem.
· Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and team members and support our centre of enablement
