Position Description
As a Clinical Compliance Analyst, your job would be to engage in clinical compliance tracking, health and safety analysis, licensure and accreditation management, completing chart audits, and providing data for reports to clinic teams, state leadership, and providing data for reports to clinic teams and collaborating departments. You will also be in charge of ensuring that tasks and aspects of care related to achieving and maintaining CARF accreditation as a substance use disorder outpatient clinic are maintained. You will work with the Sr. Manager of Clinical Compliance to ensure that Eleanor Health is successful in developing and implementing polices related to national and state level clinical compliance.
We are seeking someone who is a quick learner, clear writer, careful chart reviewer with an understanding of basic statistics and the flexibility to excel in a startup environment where there is rapid change & quick deadlines. You will be responsible for supporting our clinical and administrative staff in delivering the highest quality care to those we serve. This position requires travel at up to a .25 FTE, strong organizational skills, ability to work from a home office or clinic office location, and demonstrated ability with excel, word, and PowerPoint. Project management or lean sigma experience is a plus.
Flexibility and a willingness to perform varying tasks in support of organizational development as needed, is a must. This individual needs to be open to a wide range of tasks, including those that may not fall within the job description, and additional training will be provided as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on state licensure requirements and accreditation standards
- Facilitate external audits and surveys, both onsite and virtual
- Conduct internal moc audits and surveys to ensure ongoing compliance
- Maintain primary source of truth for all organizational policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with department partners to transparently track, develop and refine policies and procedures related to clinical compliance and the care model
- Track and assess compliance of health and safety requirements, state licensure and accreditation standards for clinics and markets.
- Facilitate case studies and after action reviews for critical and non-critical incidents
- Explore gaps and areas for opportunity through continuous quality improvement projects and identify innovative and sustainable solutions
- Collaborate with the CQCM team to create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for various key stakeholders (community members, staff, and investors)
- Provide training and coaching to Eleanor teammates as needed to empower and strengthen understanding of clinical compliance and care model concepts/workflows.

Compensation & Benefits:
The total target compensation range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
